They bring a sense of fun and a can-do attitude which brightens the task of putting on a conference. They take the daily tasks and stresses away from me allowing me to concentrate on the delegates and speakers. In the previous 14 years, with other conference organisers I found that I was expected to be making decisions about conference problems and fighting those fires that can flare up from time to time. Sponsorship plays a vital role in keeping registration fees to a reasonable level. Convention Management can help you to maximise the benefits of every form of sponsorship, from financial contributions or product to guest speakers. We will assist in the initial assessment of entitlements and contribution levels and the production of the proposal document. We will also advise on the compilation of the “wish list” of potential sponsors and approach sponsors if required.

If you have existing close relationships with sponsors, you may wish to undertake the initial approaches yourself. Following a successful approach, Convention Management will draft a contract with the sponsor and liaise with them to ensure a close and mutually beneficial working relationship with the committee, right up to and during the event.
