I wanted to write to you both to pass on the thanks of all the International Team at New Zealand Post for the fantastic results that you achieved at the APPU Congress in Auckland. The event was an amazing success and we have received very positive feedback from a number of delegates.

Delivering outstanding value is central to the Convention Management philosophy. We have an open book policy when it comes to all accounting practises as they relate to your event. We continually update our event budgets and will talk you through the reasons for each individual cost. We do not charge additional fees for any work that is undertaken and at no stage do we attempt to hide extra costs in miscellaneous budget areas. Transparent and honest is the way we like to operate.

Our fee structure is based on actual hours worked and historical information compiled from conferences of a similar nature, size and duration. Invoices will be billed monthly. Our fees can be built into the registration fees, eliminating a direct cost to the organising committee.

There are many factors that can affect the total hours it takes to organise a great conference and the fewer hours we spend on your event, the lower the cost. If at any stage there is a possibility that actual hours may exceed our initial estimates, we will bring this to your attention well in advance and where appropriate, present options for completing remaining tasks in-house.

At the conclusion of the conference, we will provide you with a suite of post-conference analysis and evaluation tools, including full financial reports and registration data, to measure effectiveness and benchmark the results against your projections.
