In light of the Government's announcement and the level of uncertainty of how these events will impact on the hotel industry in the coming weeks and months, the decision has been made by the co-hosts to abandon this year’s New Zealand Hotel Conference, Awards and Gala Dinner. Planning for next year’s conference will now begin, and this is scheduled to be held at the Cordis Auckland from June 16 to 17, 2021.

The inaugural winners of the New Zealand Hotel Scholarships have been awarded to:

  • Imogen Graham
  • Kate Sweeney

Alongside a prize of up to $3000 towards their course fees, Imogen and Kate will have introductions to valuable connections in the industry.

Horwath HTL and Tourism Industry Aotearoa manage the New Zealand Hotel Scholarships.
